Dr Mervin Goh graduated with a medical degree from Duke-NUS Medical School in 2015 and a degree in Biological Sciences from NTU in 2010. He spent his early clinical years gaining extensive clinical experience in various specialties across several government restructured hospitals.
He has a strong interest in children's health and subsequently furthered his clinical experience in Paediatric Surgery at KKH and NUH.
Dr Goh currently practises at Faith Clinic (Jurong West) and constantly strives to achieve the best possible care for his patients.
In his free time , Dr Goh enjoys reading and spending quality time with his wife and daughter.
Dr Wong Kok Loon
Dr Wong Kok Loon is a warm and caring individual who dedicates his time and effort into helping those in need. He is not only humble in his accomplishments but also friendly to his fellow co-workers and patients.
Graduating from Duke NUS in 2016 with a medical degree, he also holds a PhD in immunology. He is also a member of the College of Family Physicians Singapore, and has several years of experience in honing his skills in the medical care.
Dr Wong Kok Loon currently practises at Faith Clinic (Jurong West) as one of the anchor doctors.
Aside from being a doctor, he is also a devoted husband and father to his family. He always ensures that he spends sufficient time with his wife and his two young children, putting their needs and happiness before his own. In his spare time, he would go out for trekking or cycling for his enjoyment. He is also an avid fan of computer games.
Dr Goh Shao Sheng
Dr Goh graduated with the Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from National University of Singapore in 2014. He completed his post-graduate training in the Singhealth Family Medicine Residency Programme in 2020.
Dr Goh is well equipped to manage varied acute and chronic medical conditions and ailments, from his Family Medicine training where he worked in the various specialties such as Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Paediatrics, Geriatrics, Orthopaedics and Emergency Department. His stint at the polyclinic also made him aware of both the need to optimise Chronic Disease Care, but also the importance of Chronic Disease Prevention. Hence, do expect the occassional nagging to keep fit through regular exercise and having a balanced diet!
As the anchor Family Physician at Faith Family Clinic (at Marine Terrace), Dr Goh hopes to care and tend to the needs of the community, from the young to "mature" PG (Pioneer Generation) residents. And most importantly, to build a healthy, friendly and lasting trusting relationship with his patients during his practice.
Aside from work, Dr Goh likes to keep abreast of what’s happening around the world and in Singapore (finance, politics, entertainment, etc), hence if you spot him drinking Yuan Yang Peng (Siew Dai) in the nearby food centre/Kopitiam, he would be more than glad to chitchat over coffee!
Dr Jeremy Goh
Dr Jeremy Goh graduated with the Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from National University of Singapore. He also holds a post-graduate surgical qualification and is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh.
After completing training and gaining experience in a wide range of specialties across the major government hospitals, Dr Goh decided to pursue a career in family medicine and went on to obtain a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine. Dr Goh is currently a Doctor-Partner at Faith Healthcare (Tampines).
Dr Goh strongly believes that the key to effective healthcare is through patient education. Therefore, he enjoys motivating and engaging patients to take proactive steps in improving their own health.
He has a strong background in ENT and a special interest in treatment of ENT disorders such as allergic rhinitis, thyroid disorders, hearing loss and obstructive sleep apnoea. He has published several ENT research papers and also attends overseas conferences regularly to keep current on the latest knowledge and developments in the treatment of ENT conditions.
Dr Goh has also attained relevant certification and proficiency in aesthetic procedures including Botox, chemical peels and lasers and previously worked part-time in an aesthetic clinic. He is a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. He welcomes patients to have a light-hearted conversation with him on non-invasive procedures to improve their appearance.
Dr Goh tries his best to maintain an active lifestyle when he is not at work or looking after his active toddler. He plays a wide range of sports but particularly enjoys tennis and golf. You may occasionally see him struggling with the free weights at the gym above his clinic at Tampines Mart. As an avid sportsman himself, Dr Goh enjoys counseling and treating his patients with sports injuries and prescribing the suitable physiotherapy exercises for them.
Dr Trin Lyovarin
Dr Trin Lyovarin currently works as a physician partner at Faith Healthcare (Rivervale). Having graduated from the National University of Singapore with his Bachelors’ in Medicine and Surgery in 2015, he has since pursued his interest in the field of Family Medicine. He has spent the last few years attaining a wide range of skills and experience rotating through various medical, surgical and emergency departments in hospitals across Singapore.
Dr Trin is friendly, approachable and enjoys spending as much time as needed to address your medical concerns. He is able to converse fluently in English and Mandarin and is experienced with dealing with patients of all ages and backgrounds. He is not only experienced in managing chronic illnesses and performing minor surgical procedures, but is also a strong advocate of health screenings and keeping vaccinations up to date.

Dr Ng Yau Tung
Dr Ng is a family physician who graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree in 2008. Having a keen interest in community care and family medicine, he pursued his post graduate training in the Singhealth Family Medicine Residency Programme and obtained his Master of Medicine in Family Medicine in 2016. Having worked in various departments in the restructured hospitals (such as Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Adult and Children's Emergency, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, General Surgery, Orthopaedics and Dermatology), Dr Ng has a wide range of clinical experience. He has also worked in the National Healthcare Group Polyclinics and Singhealth Polyclinics. The polyclinic experience has helped build up his breadth and depth of knowledge in chronic disease management in the primary care setting. Dedicated to the continuity of care in the community, Dr Ng left the public sector and went into private primary care practice in 2016. He is now the resident family physician in Faith Clinic (Yishun). Dr Ng believes that prevention is better than cure. He tells his patients that ''Healthy lifestyle with a balanced diet and regular exercise goes a long way in the prevention of chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension.'' Dr Ng loves his morning cup of coffee (with low fat milk and no more than half a tea spoon of sugar). He enjoys outdoor sports such as kayaking. He will also hit the gym for regular spinning sessions to burn the calories through high intensity interval training. Approach him if you need diet or exercise advice!
Dr Lee Hang Keong
Dedicated to providing good primary healthcare, Dr Lee has been engaged in Family Medicine Residency as his path of training since graduating from Medical School in 2009. His extensive clinical rotations in various medical and surgical departments has been a crucial and fundamental experience for family practice.
Always amiable, Dr Lee serves his patients and their loved ones with his passion and professional knowledge. He is approachable and will take the time to listen and communicate honestly with his patients. For those who know him, Dr Lee is a big advocate of health screenings and vaccinations as a means to promote community health and wellness. He is a physician who entered this profession with a love for humanity.
Growing up in Penang and being immersed in its multilingualism enables him to speak multiple dialects. He is able to converse in English, Malay, Mandarin, Hokkien, Teochew as well as Cantonese. This is essential for him to reach out to the needs of patients from various linguistic background at a very personal level. Certainly, he is also willing to share some of the awesome Penang street food that only locals know about!
Dr Lee is currently a doctor-partner at Faith Healthcare (Rivervale). He is devoted to addressing patients' healthcare needs. He holds strongly to the simple principle of developing a sustained partnership with patients in promoting wellness!
Dr Lawrence Tan
Dr Lawrence is totally dedicated to medicine and the care of his patients. The good doctor has extensive medical experience in Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology and Internal Medicine with postings in major hospitals in Singapore.
During his National Service, Dr Lawrence served as Medical Officer in the Singapore Navy and thereafter in Singapore Civil Defence Force. He also spent many years to hone his skills in government polyclinics before joining Faith Medical Group in 1997.
He single-handedly established and helmed our Faith Clinic (Jurong West) for over twenty years. He is well loved by his patients. Many of his patients literally ‘grew up’ under his tender loving care: from toddlers; to teenagers; to young adulthoods; to parenthood. Currently, Dr Lawrence is taking Faith Clinic (Bedok) under his wing.
For him, seeing his patients get well is to truly rewarding. Something he loves about being a doctor despite the long hours of practice. When not saving the world one patient at a time, Dr Lawrence watches TV to relax. Like any good and caring family physician, he would tell you to look after yourself and your family.
Dr Jeremy Tan
A very supportive father to his kids, Dr Jeremy makes time to be present in his children's activities from school to swimming. His busy practice does not stop him from being a super dad. Dr Jeremy graduated in Yr 1993 from the Faculty of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS). He was originally trained in Psychiatry. But the desire to contribute to a wider community of patients made him make a switch to family medical practice.
He is also a Registered Family Physician since Yr 2012. Dr Jeremy has extensive clinical experience having undergone training in General Medicine; General Surgery; Psychological Medicine. He has special interest in the field of Psychiatry.
Dr Jeremy is an Adjunct Lecturer mentoring medical students from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (National University of Singapore). This sees him spending many dedicated hours teaching medical students. In his spare time, he goes jogging, swimming and plays badminton.
He enjoys interacting with his patients and being able help them with their afflictions in body and mind. A very blessed position that explains why he comes to work very happy. And Despite his long list of achievements and the vast number of lives he touched, Dr Jeremy remains humble and continues to learn so that he will be able to serve you better.
Dr Jeremy helms our clinic in Toa Payoh since Yr 1999. Toa Payoh is one of the oldest towns in Singapore. Its population is largely elderly. Geriatric medicine is the forte of Dr Jeremy and he spends a lot of time dealing with chronic medical conditions like hypertension, diabetes and lipid disorders.

Dr Jeff Tay
When parents are worried and don't know what's wrong with their kids, they take them to Dr Jeff. A busy father of two boys, Dr Jeff gets satisfaction attending to kids in his clinic. He is always amazed by their clever response knowing these kids mean what they say.
Dr Jeff graduated in 1992 from the medical school of University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. He holds a Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) from the Faculty of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS) obtained in Yr 2002. He is a Member in the College of Family Physicians Singapore – a board of Family Medicine Specialists since Yr 2011.
Dr Jeff has helmed the Simei branch of Faith Medical Group since Yr 2002. Simei is a small and cozy town in the Eastern part of Singapore. Over the past ten years, Dr Jeff is a known ‘icon’ in this Simei community – providing complete medical care to the families in this region.
Just as Dr Jeff is wholly dedicated to the care of this community, the community has shown its care for Dr Jeff too: they often present him with home-cooked food; nourishing home-brewed tonics and showered him with gifts of appreciation. Jeff is a very popular doctor in the community. In spite of his busy schedule, Dr Jeff also spends time as a clinical tutor to the Department of Community, Occupational & Family Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS). This role sees him imparting his wealth of knowledge and experience to medical students understudying him over the years.

Dr Ng Tsorng Chinn
Dr Ng is the founder director of Faith Medical Group. He started our first clinic, Faith Family Clinic, in Yr 1994; and spearheaded the subsequent growth of the Group. He is down to earth and ceaselessly grows and develops the medical group under his leadership. He graduated in Yr 1988 from the Faculty of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS). He holds a Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from the Academy of American Aesthetic Medicine in Yr 2007. He is also a Registered Family Physician since Yr 2012.
He is a family medicine practitioner with more than 30 years of clinical experience. His special interests are in ‘wellness’: health screening, anti-ageing management, travel medicine, education and health promotion.
Dr Ng loves being outdoors and believes in the concept of Shinrin-yoku. When he is able to get away from his busy schedule, he finds inspiration and refreshment while taking long nature walks.
