Dr Derek Christian VerhoevenDr Derek studied at the University of Adelaide in South Australia, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in 2019
Prior to joining Faith Clinic, he was training at Alexandra Hospital where he gained valuable experience treating both acute and chronic medical conditions. He also previously worked at CGH A&E in 2021 Dr Derek obtained the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM) in 2024. As a GP for Faith Simei/Marine Terrace, he hopes to empower his patients to learn more about their health and be a part of their health journey Dr Derek is a local Eurasian who grew up in Singapore. He studied at St Patrick’s School and is a proud Eastie, do say hi if you’re an old boy too! In his personal life, he enjoys playing tennis/golf, watching football and spending time with his family/friends |

Dr Goh Kee HangDr Goh Kee Hang studied medicine in Singapore; graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.
Prior to joining Faith Medical, Dr Goh has rotated through private and public health institutions across a variety of clinical specialties including: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, and Infectious Diseases. Dr Goh has extensive experience treating urological conditions, infectious diseases, as well as a keen interest in preventative health, and mental health for holistic well-being. In his spare time in the clinic, he can be found chatting with patients, sharing lifestyle tips and health hacks. Whereas, in his spare time outside the clinic, he can be found doing strength training and cardio, spending time with his family and friends, and searching for the next new and exciting food spots. He is a firm believer of “I exercise so that I can eat.” |

Dr Lau Khang YeanDr Lau studied medicine at the University of Southampton, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine.
Having worked in various departments such as cardiology, internal medicine, rehabilitation medicine, and palliative medicine, Dr. Lau has garnered extensive experience across multiple medical disciplines in various hospitals in Singapore. His versatility and dedication to continuous learning have enabled him to adapt to providing quality care to patients. This diverse background has not only honed his clinical skills but also broadened his perspective on patient care and holistic health management. Dr. Lau has a special interest in cardiology and had assisted the cardiology department in running screening tests. His contributions in this area have been instrumental in the early detection and prevention of cardiovascular diseases, significantly improving patient outcomes. In addition to his medical pursuits, Dr. Lau is a fitness enthusiast. He is actively engaged in various physical activities during his free time, including regular gym workouts and yoga sessions. His commitment to fitness not only enhances his physical well-being but also serves as a testament to his holistic approach to health, embodying the principles of balance and wellness that he advocates for his patients. |

Dr Lim Han WeiDr Lim Han Wei graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2013 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB). He is an accredited Family Physician on the Register of Family Physicians in Singapore.
Following his housemanship, he decided to pursue his interest in Family Medicine and obtained his Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM) in 2017. Dr Lim further completed his broad-based training under the SingHealth Family Medicine Residency Programme, and attained his Master of Medicine in Family Medicine (MMed FM) in 2020. As a lifelong learner, he also holds a Graduate Diploma in Family Practice Dermatology (GDFP Derm). Prior to joining Faith Medical (Northpoint), Dr Lim has experience working in both the public polyclinics and private health sectors. He has also served as the Medical Director of a private group practice. Aside from clinical work, Dr Lim is also a tutor for the College of Family Physicians where he imparts his knowledge to future family physicians in Singapore. Dr Lim has a passion for providing patient-centered care with a holistic approach. He believes that primary care is the best platform to deliver personal, comprehensive and continuing care for individuals and their families. By offering a full range of acute, chronic and preventive services, he aspires to treat patients not only for illnesses but also contribute to their well-being and quality of life as well. |

Dr Tan Keng YangDr Tan Keng Yang is a Family Physician who graduated from The University of New South Wales in 2013. He completed his post-graduate training under National University of Singapore and attained his Graduate diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM) in 2019. He obtained his Graduate Diploma In Family Practice Dermatology (GDFPDerm) in 2023.
He is an accredited Family Physician under the Family Physician Accreditation Board and is a registered Family Physician under the Singapore Medical Council. Prior to joining Faith Medical Group, Dr Tan has experience working in both the public and private health sectors. He underwent rotations across a variety of departments in acute care hospitals including Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Anaesthesiology, Cardiology, Respiratory Medicine, Oncology, Rheumatology, Psychiatry and Emergency Medicine. In the primary and community care setting, he had completed postings in Polyclinic and Community Hospital. Dr Tan areas of interest include preventive care and chronic disease management. He believes in patient education, to involve the patient in shared decision-making and aspires to achieve patient-centered primary care based on an individual’s preferences, beliefs and values. He looks forward to spending time with his family and bringing his children out during weekends or off days. |

Dr Clarence ChiangDr Chiang is a Senior Family Physician who graduated from The University of New South Wales in 2013 with a Doctor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Medical Science. He was one of only a few in his cohort to receive a Bachelor of Science in Medicine with First Class Honours.
He is a Collegiate Member of the College of Family Physicians Singapore and an accredited Family Physician with the Family Physician Accreditation Board. Dr Chiang completed his postgraduate training in the Singhealth Family Medicine Residency Programme, and attained his Master of Medicine in Family Medicine in 2018. As a lifelong learner, he went on to pursue postgraduate diplomas in Dermatology and Mental Health. Dr Chiang has worked in a variety of medical and surgical departments in acute care hospitals, including Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and Emergency Medicine. He also had ample experience in Polyclinics and Community Hospitals. Dr Chiang assumed leadership of a multidisciplinary team in the ward as a Senior Family Physician in the Community Hospital. He is a tutor with the College of Family Physicians and is very passionate about teaching junior doctors. Dr Chiang is a firm believer in compassionate, patient-centered primary care. He is particularly interested in acute care for people of all ages, chronic disorders, and preventive care. He cares strongly for his patients and is devoted to address their healthcare needs. Dr Chiang enjoys spending time with his family, playing a game of soccer, and staying fit in his spare time. |

Dr Aaron SinghDr Aaron Singh studied medicine at the University of Cambridge and Imperial College London, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery as well as a Bachelor in Natural Sciences.
After completing postings in various restructured hospitals in Cardiology and Geriatrics, Dr Aaron pursued postgraduate training in the SingHealth Family Medicine Residency Program, where he served as Chief Resident for 2 years. He was awarded the Resident of the Year Award in 2018. During Residency training, Dr Aaron trained in multiple specialities including paediatric and adult emergency medicine, orthopaedics, obstetrics & gynaecology, and general surgery. This exposure continues to serve him well in seeing patients of all ages. Dr Aaron is currently practicing at Faith Healthcare (Rivervale). Growing up in Ipoh, he speaks English, Malay and Mandarin. In his spare time, he maintains a gym habit and finds time to volunteer at migrant worker clinics and Meet-The-People sessions. Dr Aaron looks forward to serving you at Faith Healthcare(Rivervale)! |

Dr Martyn GostelowDr Martyn Gostelow is a Family Physician working in Faith Clinic (Jurong West). He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine from Duke-NUS Medical School in 2015. Following his post-graduate training through the Singhealth Family Medicine Programme from 2018 through 2021, he obtained his Master of Medicine (MMed Family Medicine) from NUS in 2021 and his Graduate Diploma in Family Practice Dermatology from NUS in 2024. He is an accredited Family Physician under the Family Physician Accreditation Board and is a registered Family Physician under the Singapore Medical Council. He is a part-time lecturer in the Division of Family Medicine, National University of Singapore, and is a Adjunct Instructor with Singhealth Duke-NUS Family Medicine Academic Clinical Program. You will often see him teaching the next generation of doctors in the clinic.
Dr Martyn is confident in managing acute and chronic medical conditions as he has worked in many different specialties including Paediatrics, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Urology, Geriatrics and both the pediatric and adult Accident and Emergency. Throughout the course of his training he has been recognized for his dedication and hard work towards his patients’ well-being and health, receiving the Singhealth Best House Officer Award in 2016 and the Singhealth Service With A Heart Award in 2018. Dr Martyn views Family Medicine and preventative care as being the foundation of good healthcare: to stop the problem before it occurs. He is a strong advocate of vaccinations and appropriate health screening. |

Dr Goh Shao ShengDr Goh Shao Sheng graduated with the Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from National University of Singapore in 2014. He completed his post-graduate training in Singhealth Family Medicine Residency Programme and attained his Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) in 2020. He is an accredited Family Physician under the Family Physician Accreditation Board and Singapore Medical Council.
Dr Goh is well equipped to manage varied acute and chronic medical conditions and ailments, from his Family Medicine training where he worked in the various specialties such as Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Paediatrics, Geriatrics, Orthopaedics and Emergency Department. His stint at the polyclinic made him aware of both the need to optimise Chronic Disease Care, and also the importance of Chronic Disease Prevention. Hence, do expect the occasional nagging to keep fit through regular exercise and having a balanced diet! As the resident Family Physician at Faith Family Clinic (Marine Terrace), Dr Goh hopes to care and tend to the needs of the community, from the young to "mature" PG (Pioneer Generation) residents. And most importantly, to build a healthy, friendly and lasting trusting relationship with his patients in his practice. Aside from work, Dr Goh makes it a point to visit the gym regularly during his clinic break sessions and hopes to inspire his patients to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle as well! |

Dr Mervin GohDr Mervin Goh graduated with a medical degree from Duke-NUS Medical School in 2015 and a degree in Biological Sciences from NTU in 2010. He gained extensive clinical experience in various specialties including Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Obstetric and Gynecology and Pediatric Surgery. He subsequently obtained his Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine from NUS in 2022.
Dr Goh currently practises at Faith Clinic (Jurong West) and constantly strives to achieve the best possible care for his patients. In his free time, Dr Goh enjoys reading and keeping himself up-to-date with the latest medical research. |

Dr Ng Yau TungDr Ng is a family physician who graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree in 2008. Having a keen interest in community care and family medicine, he pursued his post graduate training in the Singhealth Family Medicine Residency Programme and obtained his Master of Medicine in Family Medicine in 2016.
Having worked in various departments in the restructured hospitals (such as Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Adult and Children's Emergency, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, General Surgery, Orthopaedics and Dermatology), Dr Ng has a wide range of clinical experience. He has also worked in the National Healthcare Group Polyclinics and Singhealth Polyclinics. The polyclinic experience has helped build up his breadth and depth of knowledge in chronic disease management in the primary care setting. Dr Ng is now the resident family physician in Faith Healthcare (Rivervale). He believes that prevention is better than cure. He tells his patients that ''Healthy lifestyle with a balanced diet and regular exercise goes a long way in the prevention of chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension.'' On his off days, Dr Ng loves to sit in a cafe to enjoy his Americano while reading his favourite novel. He will also hit the exercise studio for a spin session to burn the calories through high intensity interval training. Approach him if you need diet or exercise advice! |

Dr Jeremy GohDr Jeremy Goh graduated with the Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from National University of Singapore. He also holds a post-graduate surgical qualification and is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh.
After completing training and gaining experience in a wide range of specialties across the major government hospitals, Dr Goh decided to pursue a career in family medicine and went on to obtain a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine. Dr Goh is currently a Doctor-Partner at Faith Healthcare (Tampines). Dr Goh strongly believes that the key to effective healthcare is through patient education. Therefore, he enjoys motivating and engaging patients to take proactive steps in improving their own health. He has a strong background in ENT and a special interest in treatment of ENT disorders such as allergic rhinitis, thyroid disorders, hearing loss and obstructive sleep apnoea. He has published several ENT research papers and also attends overseas conferences regularly to keep current on the latest knowledge and developments in the treatment of ENT conditions. Dr Goh tries his best to maintain an active lifestyle when he is not at work or looking after his active toddler. He plays a wide range of sports but particularly enjoys tennis and golf. You may occasionally see him struggling with the free weights at the gym above his clinic at Tampines Mart. As an avid sportsman himself, Dr Goh enjoys counseling and treating his patients with sports injuries and prescribing the suitable physiotherapy exercises for them. |

Dr Jeff TayWhen parents are worried and don't know what's wrong with their kids, they take them to Dr Jeff. A busy father of two boys, Dr Jeff gets satisfaction attending to kids in his clinic. He is always amazed by their clever response knowing these kids mean what they say.
Dr Jeff graduated in 1992 from the medical school of University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. He holds a Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) from the Faculty of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS) obtained in Yr 2002. Dr Jeff has helmed the Simei branch of Faith Medical Group since Yr 2002. Simei is a small and cozy town in the Eastern part of Singapore. Dr Jeff is a known ‘icon’ in this Simei community – providing complete medical care to the families in this region. Just as Dr Jeff is wholly dedicated to the care of this community, the community has shown its care for Dr Jeff too: they often present him with home-cooked food; nourishing home-brewed tonics and showered him with gifts of appreciation. Jeff is a very popular doctor in the community. In spite of his busy schedule, Dr Jeff also spends time as a clinical tutor to the Department of Community, Occupational & Family Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS). This role sees him imparting his wealth of knowledge and experience to medical students understudying him over the years. Dr Jeff’s social activism sees him elected as the President of the Singapore Asthma Society for Yr 2007 to 2008. He is also active in giving public lectures in many community events. Dr Lawrence TanDr Lawrence Tan graduated with the Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from National University of Singapore in 1991. He attained his Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) in 1997. He has been with the group for over 20 years. He still continues to work hard, ensuring his patients get the best care possible. Dr Tan supports our teams in Marine Terrace and Simei.

Dr Jeremy TanA very supportive father to his kids, Dr Jeremy makes time to be present in his children's activities from school to swimming. His busy practice does not stop him from being a super dad. Dr Jeremy graduated in Yr 1993 from the Faculty of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS). He was originally trained in Psychiatry. But the desire to contribute to a wider community of patients made him make a switch to family medical practice.
He is also a Registered Family Physician since Yr 2012. Dr Jeremy has extensive clinical experience having undergone training in General Medicine; General Surgery; Psychological Medicine. He has special interest in the field of Psychiatry. Dr Jeremy is an Adjunct Lecturer mentoring medical students from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (National University of Singapore). This sees him spending many dedicated hours teaching medical students. In his spare time, he goes jogging, swimming and plays badminton. He enjoys interacting with his patients and being able help them with their afflictions in body and mind. A very blessed position that explains why he comes to work very happy. And Despite his long list of achievements and the vast number of lives he touched, Dr Jeremy remains humble and continues to learn so that he will be able to serve you better. Dr Jeremy helms our clinic in Toa Payoh since Yr 1999. Toa Payoh is one of the oldest towns in Singapore. Its population is largely elderly. Geriatric medicine is the forte of Dr Jeremy and he spends a lot of time dealing with chronic medical conditions like hypertension, diabetes and lipid disorders. Dr Ng Tsorng ChinnDr Ng is the founder director of Faith Medical Group. He started our first clinic, Faith Family Clinic, in Yr 1994; and spearheaded the subsequent growth of the Group. He is down to earth and ceaselessly grows and develops the medical group under his leadership.
He graduated in Yr 1988 from the Faculty of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS). He is also a Registered Family Physician since Yr 2012. He is a family medicine practitioner with more than 30 years of clinical experience. His special interests are in ‘wellness’: health screening, anti-ageing management, travel medicine, education and health promotion. Dr Ng loves being outdoors and believes in the concept of Shinrin-yoku. When he is able to get away from his busy schedule, he finds inspiration and refreshment while taking long nature walks. |
